How do I book you?
The first step is to contact us to make a booking enquiry and receive a no-obligation quote for your wedding or event. When you are happy, we will send you an engagement form for completion. Just return this to us along with any deposit due and we are booked. We generally take a £100 deposit for weddings and events with the balance due 7-days before the performance date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any deposit paid as part of the booking process is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled in the final 30 days before the event, then 100% of the balance will be due.
How much space do you require?
We require a performance area which is level and a minimum of 3x3 metres. Outside is fine providing the weather allows and any grass surface is short and well-kept. If any furniture needs to be moved, then this is the responsibility of The Hirer to arrange with the venue.
What is your dress code?
Our standard dress code is bow ties and dinner jackets for weddings and balls. Black trousers and shirts for all other occasions, unless otherwise arranged.
